Reading Challenges

Curl up with some great books!
Love books and want to read more? We have just the solution!
Over June and July 2025 Macquarie Regional Library is running a free reading challenge for all ages. Develop long-lasting reading habits by tracking the time you spend reading, between Monday 2 June – Thursday 31 July 2025, using the Beanstack Tracker app. While reading is its own reward, there is also a great range of prizes to be won!
How it works
- Download the Beanstack Tracker app or go to macquarielibrary.beanstack.org
- Register for the Winter Reading Challenge
- Log time spent reading on Beanstack
- Upon registering for the Winter Reading Challenge, and for every 20 minutes of reading logged, participants will receive a virtual badge. Each badge earns one entry into the prize draw.
- Prizes are drawn weekly. All badges will roll over into the next draw, so keep logging your reading to increase your chances of winning!
