About us

Macquarie Regional Library encompasses the local governments of Dubbo Regional, Narromine and Warrumbungle Shire. It serves a population of over 65,000 and covers an area of more than 25,000 square kilometres.

The library has more than 160,000 books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines and online information resources and provides many services such as housebound service, Storytime sessions, school holiday programs, reading programs, book clubs, technology workshops, free Wi-Fi and more.
