The World War II 1939-1945 honour roll on the stone obelisk near the Dubbo War Memorial cenotaph in Victoria Park contains the names of the 81 men and women whose names are recorded in the Dubbo and District 1939-1945 Book of Remembrance for their service during the Second World War.
