Tech Savvy Seniors @ Coolah Library

Are you keen to improve your digital skills or know someone who is? Come along to our free, fun Tech Savvy workshops for seniors at Coolah Library where we’ll show you how to get started with email, the Internet, social media, sharing photos and more!

Join us for the Tech Savvy Seniors program at Coolah Library, where we invite seniors to explore the digital world and enhance their tech skills over six engaging weeks. This program, made possible through a partnership between the NSW Government, the State Library of NSW, and Telstra, aims to empower seniors with the knowledge and confidence to navigate various digital technologies effectively.

The program will run for six weeks, starting from 11th October and concluding on 15th November 2023. Each session will be held on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am to 12:15 pm.

This free six week program will be held on Wednesday mornings 10 am - 12:15 pm (11 October to 15 November 2023).

Topics may include:

• Introductory guidance - computers; smartphones; tablets; email; internet; online shopping; social media, cyber safety.
• Intermediate guidance – email and internet; NSW Seniors Card; NSW Transport Apps; social media; sharing photos and attachments.
• Advanced guidance – online shopping (banking and bidding) and social media. 

Topics can be adjusted to suit your needs.
