WritersLINK is a workshop aimed at the professional development of regionally-based writers in regional areas and beyond.

You're invited to Macquarie Regional Library, Dubbo Branch on Thursday 3rd December2009 to join those with similar interests to discuss working across distance and isolation, storytelling, crossing the digital divide and writing for young people.

Places are limited and costs $25 per person, this includes morning tea and lunch. Participants must register with Orana Arts before Tuesday 1 December 2009.

On Saturday 7 November 2009, the winners of the Rolf Boldrewood Literary Awards were announced. Taking out First Place in the Prose section was John Millett with his work titled Fox-Fire. The Winner of the Poetry section was Max Merckenschlager with his poem titled Mosquito, The Black Bushranger.
